IT Support Management (ITSM) Software as a Service (SaaS)

​Under this contract, DoIT is using the ServiceNow platform to modernize its Information Technology Support Management, a proven market leader in the technology. The software will be hosted offsite by a Cloud Service Provider and will help automate ticketing workflows and notifications, track assets, software licenses and contracts and help reduce overall IT costs.​
