This master contract allows all State agencies and participating local government agencies to procure microwave communications equipment in three separate categories: (1) FCC licensed; (2) FCC unlicensed; and (3) Ancillary equipment. These three categories will support various wireless communication sites throughout the State. Each contractor supplies unique name-brand microwave equipment within each category that may be required by State and local government agencies to support existing infrastructure and new installations. The contract provides for minimum percentage discounts off of manufacturers’ list prices for name-brand equipment and the maximum prices that the State will pay.
