The State has entered into several Enterprise License Agreements (ELA) that provide software licenses to state and local agencies at significant discounts.

Novell Master License Agreement
Contract to provide reseller for Novell software licenses, maintenance, premium support, premium support updates, and media to state agencies and local governmental entities such as school systems, counties/municipalities and all of Maryland's public higher education institutions. Agencies purchase Novell through the purchase order RFP process (PORFP) on the
COTS 2012 Software Master Contract. There is also a new
Master License Agreement effective June 21, 2011.
Information Builders, Inc. Master Software License Agreement
The
contract with Information Builders, Inc. (IBI) is effective from June 30, 2010 through June 30, 2015 and provides for significant discounts from IBI's current Products Fee Schedule. This contract includes additional terms and conditions as expressed in
Appendix A, IBI's Master Software License Agreement with Addendum, and
Appendix B, InfoResponse Silver Agreement.
Purchasing procedures have been established in order to establish a uniform process for obtaining the products and services available via this Agreement.
