Completing a project entails transitioning ownership from a project team to the stakeholder's organization or the business side of the house. The following steps must be taken to successfully complete an information technology (IT) project.

Step 3: Conduct the Disposition, when applicable

Step 4: Track and Report O&M expenses in your operating budget
