Maryland Geo Share organization. The ArcGIS Online for Maryland resource is an online collection of apps, data, geographic knowledge and maps relating to all aspects of Maryland State Government. This organization also offers access to web application development tools for quick deployment of interactive mapping applications, which are accessible on any device, desktop or mobile.

ArcGIS Online has a 99.9% uptime service level objective; excluding planned outages, maintenance windows and unavoidable events.

Exceptions: The Service Desk is not available during State Holidays or Service Reduction Days
