Due to lack of oversight of non-Enterprised environments, End User support is only offered to fully Enterprised agencies.

Scope of Service

 
In Scope:
  • Development of functional requirements
  • Development of statement of work/services to include level of effort (LOE) and cost
  • Code deployment to DoIT hosted environments
  • Use of custom Application Program Interfaces (APIs)
Out of Scope:
  • Code deployment to non-DoIT hosted environments
  • Creation of new APIs
Customer Responsibilities:
  • Provide data sources and/or appropriately formatted data
  • Provide required workflows and business processes
  • Provide timely feedback on application user interface
  • Provide three (3) points of contact
