Thank you for your interest in becoming a COTS Master Contractor. The State is not currently accepting proposals to the COTS Master Contract, however, DoIT will announce Expansion Window opportunities via eMaryland Marketplace every three years. The first expansion window closed on November 30, 2015. The next expansion window will open in 2018, and at that time DoIT will accept proposals from Contractors seeking to be added to the COTS Master Contract. As time nears, a registration form will become available and the data will be used to create a direct solicitation list for the expansion window RFP release.
