Full time On-Site Project Management
Full time is intended for large, complex projects with a significant impact to the agency. These projects have an expected duration of 4 to 24 months, multiple stakeholders, cross-departmental, cross-agency and/or vendor involvement.
How can we help:
- Assign a Project Manager exclusively to your project
- Analyze business needs and engage in solution development
- Manage all phases of projects (Start to Finish)
- Conduct risk and issues management
- Manage stakeholder communication
- Schedule/Facilitate all team meetings
- Maintain project budget
- Regular/Adhoc project status reports
Part time On-Site/Off-Site Project Management
Part time is appropriate for small to medium size projects duration of 2 to 6 months, few stakeholders, single or upto 2 department and/or agency. Part time is intended to provide project structure but has less involvement than Full time.
How can we help:
- Assign a Project Manager (up to 50%)
- Conduct risk and issues management
- High level project documentation through pre-agreed phases of project
- Overview of all phases of projects (Start to Finish)
- Schedule/Facilitate pre-agreed meetings
- Regular project status reports
Project Coordinator **
Coordination is intended for requests review/routing and scheduling needs for pre-agreed duration that preliminarily focuses on internal systems or process improvements.
How can we help:
- Assign a Project Coordinator (up to 25%)
- PMO Staff will provide guidance as needed
- Review/route the requests
- Help Coordinate project activities
- Schedule project meetings
- Distribute Project Status Emails
Consultation **
A limited term consulting engagement where you work closely with the assigned project manager to assess your situation, problem or need. Possible outcomes include written recommendations, plans or documentation, training, and/or a short-term engagement on your project. (Note: this service is targeted for other Agencies)
