Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Submission Templates

​Below are downloadable templates designed specifically for submitting Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to the MD-ISAC.  The submission of these templates is not a substitute for submitting cyber security incidents via the Maryland Incident Reporting System​ as mandated by  Md. Code, Public Safety Article § 14-104.1 (c)(2) and Md. Code, State Finance & Procurement Article § 3.5-406(b)(2)).​

What is cyber threat intelligence (CTI) ?
CTI is information about potential or actual cyber threats. This information can include things like:

  • The identity of threat actors
  • The methods and techniques used by threat actors
  • The targets of threat actors
  • The vulnerabilities that threat actors are exploiting

How to submit cyber threat intelligence
​To submit cyber threat intelligence, please download and fill out the corresponding form.  The completed form can be submitted using the MD-ISAC Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP). If you are not yet a member of the MD-ISAC, please send an email request to md-isac@maryland.gov.
