​Projects are deemed as a Major IT Development Project (MITDP) based on meeting any or all of the established criteria. Once approved, a formal MITDP Determination Letter is sent to the agency and the IT Project Request (ITPR) process is initiated The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) will review/concur the ITPR funding elements and the Department of Legislature (DLS) must approve prior to project start.
