Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Submission Templates

​​​​​​Below are downloadable templates designed specifically for submitting Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to the MD-ISAC.  The submission of these templates is not a substitute for submitting cyber security or privacy​​​ incidents via the Maryland Incident Reporting System​ as mandated by  Md. Code, Public Safety Article § 14-104.1 (c)(2) and Md. Code, State Finance & Procurement Article § 3.5-406(b)(2)).​

​What Is Cyber Threat Intelligen​ce (CTI) ?

CTI is information about potential or actual cyber threats. This information can include things like:​​

• The identity of threat actors
• The methods and techniques used by threat actors
• The targets of threat actors
• The vulnerabilities that threat actors are exploiting

​How to Submit Cyber Threat Intelligence

To submit cyber threat intelligence, please download and fill out the corresponding form.  The completed form can be submitted using the ​ MD-ISAC Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP). If you are not yet a member of the MD-ISAC, please send an email request to [email protected].
