Geographic Information System Services (Esri)

​​License (ArcGIS Online and Pro)

This service provides user account and online training access to the State’s centrally-managed Esri platform and pro software installed on a local machine. These products empower users to map and analyze location-based data, integrate with third-party data sources, collaborate with other users, share data and maps, quickly deploy apps, story maps and hub pages. Account holders are supported through the onboarding process by in-house staff and provided with access to hundreds of online training courses to maximize the value of the account.

Add-Ons (ArcGIS Speciality Licenses)

Additional licenses are offered to customers who req​uire access to enhanced feature capabilities of the Esri online, Pro and server/enterprise products. Available licenses include: Developer Subscription, Data Interoperability Desktop, City Engine Advanced, Street​ Map Premium, Roads & Highways Desktop, Roads & Highways Server (Production & Staging), Insights in ArcGIS Online and Enterprise, Enterprise/Serve​​​​r Extensions, Pro Extensions, Online Additional Credits, Monitor and Additional Cores. ​

Support (ArcGIS)

Technical expertise and ticketed support is offered to customers who subscribe to the Geospatial Systems: GIS Online & Pro Accounts & Training (Esri) services.​​

Local Deployment (ArcGIS Enterprise)​

This service provides licenses and support for a customer deploying ArcGIS Enterprise products in local environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. Customers can use this product in conjunction with the products listed available to enhance their capabilities to make maps, analyze geospatial data and share data and results to solve problems. Provisioned licenses are supported by in-house staff for troubleshooting standard platform features and extensions.​

Fully Managed Deployment (ArcGIS Enterprise)​

This service provides customers with access to a fully managed, enterprise environment (MD iMAP) with deployments of ArcGIS Enterprise and other speciality licenses and products. ​This service also includes built-in integration with the managed ArcGIS Online platform and the ability to publish directly to the State’s geospatial data catalog promoting discoverability of your data and apps by the public.
