What is Maryland Relay?​ 

Administered by Telecommunications Access of Maryland (TAM), a State agency that provides equipment and services for Marylanders who have difficulty using a telephone, Maryland Relay is a free public service that allows people, unable to use a standard telephone, to both make and receive phone calls.

 
Who uses Maryland Relay?

Maryland Relay users are individuals who are unable to use a standard telephone, including those who are/have:
•      Deaf
•      Difficulty Speaking
•      DeafBlind
•      Hard of Hearing
•      Limited Mobility
•      Cognitive Difficulty
