The Maryland EA Repository is kind of a super-database supporting enterprise planners in identifying modernization and transformation opportunities. The Repository bridges islands of information throughout the State, combining and comparing related data and turning it into useful information. It is managed by the Maryland EA Program, but State agency representatives are responsible for populating it with data and using the reports to support their daily IT decision-making processes.
Repository Login - The Repository is password protected and only accessible to participating agency representatives. To gain access to the Repository, a participating agency’s CIO must submit a request to securityservices@doit.state.md.us. The request must include the name, email address, phone number, agency and sub-agency of the person that will be accessing the Repository. For any problems associated with the Repository submit an email to servdesk@doit.state.md.us. Please include in the email your name, contact information and a brief description of the problem you are having with the Repository.

The training materials provide a brief overview on the procedures for adding, modifying, and deleting data in the repository. They also show sample reports and identify ways the reports may be used.
