DoIT’s end user services ensure all State workers can access their work environments in a secure manner and with a consistent user experience.

 

 


 

 

 

Services​​

Physical Desktop ​The Physical Desktop service provides a secured standard desktop leveraging Statewide Microsoft Active Directory. This service utilizes several desktop management tools to manage images, deploy patches, manage virus/malware protection and deplay standard DoIT approved applications.
Mobile Device Management (MDM) ​The MDM service ensures standard mobile device management policies for both State owned devices as well as BYOD are adhered to on a consistent basis. Devices that are supported by this service are: cell phones, tablets and Google Chrome devices. Operating systems supported are Apple IOS, Google Android and Microsoft Windows 10 Mobile.

Help Stop Fraud in State Government

The Maryland General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Audits operates a toll-free fraud hotline to receive allegations of fraud and/or abuse of State government resources. Information reported to the hotline in the past has helped to eliminate certain fraudulent activities and protect State resources.
