Procurement and Contracts 

Effective July 1, 2008, the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is the primary procurement unit responsible for the review, approval and oversight of non-delegated Information Technology (IT) procurements. This includes mandatory solicitation review and approval prior to issue, contract awards, renewal options and contract modifications.  DoIT will submit all Executive Department IT agenda items requesting Board of Public Works (BPW) approval as a supplemental to the BPW Secretary’s Agenda. This section of the DoIT website will provide IT procurement assistance for agencies and the business community in the areas of:
