Information Builders, Inc. Master Software License Agreement

The

contract with Information Builders, Inc. (IBI) is effective from June 30, 2010 through June 30, 2016 and provides for significant discounts from IBI's current Products Fee Schedule. This contract includes additional terms and conditions as expressed in

Appendix A, IBI's Master Software License Agreement with Addendum, and

Appendix B, InfoResponse Silver Agreement.

Purchasing procedures have been established in order to establish a uniform process for obtaining the products and services available via this Agreement.
