Novell Master License Agreement

Contract to provide reseller for Novell software licenses, maintenance, premium support, premium support updates, and media to state agencies and local governmental entities such as school systems, hospitals, counties/municipalities and all of Maryland's public higher education institutions.  Agencies purchase Novell through the purchase order RFP process (PORFP) on the COTS 2012 Software Master Contract.  The Novell Master License Agreement was effective June 21, 2011; the base period expired June 30, 2013.

DoIT signed the first renewal addendum in June 2013, to extend the Master License Agreement to June 30, 2015.

DoIT signed the second and final renewal addendum in May 2015, to extend the Master License Agreement to June 30, 2017.
