The objective of this Master Contract, effective November 18, 2015 through November 17, 2016, is to enable State government to procure Smartsheet Enterprise licenses in a timely and economical manner. Through Winvale Group, LLC, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining software licenses quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing purchase orders specific to its needs.

**Team 25 can also be broken out into individual licenses and sold at quantity level of one (1) if required.
Enterprise packages are sold ONLY at the listed quantities. For example, if you purchase the ENT 500 you will receive 500 licenses and the price for all 500 licenses is $41,750.63. Any licenses purchased in addition to the original 500 (ENT 500) may be purchased at the GSA Price for each package. Licenses that are purchase in quantities less than 50 are sold through item number TEAM 25. TEAM 25 is sold at 25 licenses for $2,435.67. The price per license is $97.43 / license from item TEAM 25 ($2,435.67 / 25 = $97.43).
