The Statewide Calendar service provides calendar software for agencies to create, import, manage registration, and create custom view of events.

Availability (Uptime): 99.5%
Eligible: All state agencies.
Standard Support Hours: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday.
Exceptions:The Service Desk is not available during State Holidays or Service Reduction Days
Response (to incident) Time: Based on priority, between 1 – 2 hours.
Resolution (of incident) Time: Based on priority, between 4 – 16 hours.
Maintenance Windows: Sat/Sun 12:00am – 6:00am (excluding holidays)
Security: Authentication and data security is provided by the associated application.
