Technical Services

The Technical Services team of the Enterprise Information Services Division provides database and technical support for mainframe systems that support Statewide business processes for accounting, purchasing, asset management, and time and leave accounting known as the Financial Management Information System (FMIS). Technical support includes, but is not limited to: data maintenance, customization of system reports, providing oversight of daily online system transactions, disaster recovery planning, and the team is also responsible for the backup and recovery of critical data.
