“IT Project” means any information technology (development, infrastructure, Operations, Finance etc.) project that meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Estimated total cost equals or exceeds $250K;
- Duration exceeds 3 months
- Part of the MITDP
- The Secretary determines as a project as it requires the special attention and consideration.
