The IAS Master Contract provides for two types of task order solicitations.  Long Form IAS Task Order Request for Proposals (TORFP) are for soliciting services for larger, more complex assessments. See steps 1 and 2 of How to Use the IAS Contract for information to assist in determining the correct template.
