Electronic Monitoring for Community Supervision

The Department of Information Technology has awarded the following contract to provide cloud based Global Positioning System (GPS) electronic tracking services and equipment for use in monitoring certain subjects that have varied supervision requirements under the State’s authority. Services and equipment include furnishing one-piece GPS trackers and accessories, any software necessary to operate the various tracking functions, ​and a fully functional system in which software and associated data are centrally hosted in the cloud, accessible by State personnel using a web browser.

AGENCY BUYER ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

This is an indefinite quantity contract with firm fixed prices.
Purchase Orders referencing the Blanket Purchase Order/parent contract will be issued to the Contractor by a Requesting Agency to obtain the goods and services described in this RFP. Each PO will incorporate the scope of work appropriate for the Requesting Agency. Delivery of goods and services shall be initiated only upon issuance of a PO. POs will serve as a NTP from the Requesting Agency.

Each PO should contain the following information:

A. Requesting Agency
B. Point of Contact
C. Description of the required goods and services in distinct line items
D. Delivery requirements
E. Invoicing instructions
F. Required date for delivery
G. Period for Performance
  1. Agency Buyer shall reach out to the Contractor with its SOW/purchase requirements for submission of a price quote for goods and services.  Vendor may be contacted at: Todd.Porter@bi.com
  2. Agency Buyer shall send SOW/purchase requirements and copy of quote to Doit.Intake@maryland.gov for IT review and approval
  3. Upon DoIT approval, Agency Buyer shall send SOW/purchase requirements and copy of quote to DGS.OSP-Requisitions@maryland.gov for final review and validation of quoted pricing.
  4. Upon OSP approval, Agency will post Purchase Order in FMIS for approval.  POs must reference the BPO 060B8400058.​
