Radio Communications 2018 Master Contract

Agency buyers are advised t​​hat all PORFP, TORFP, and RFR awards, modifications, and option renewals valued over $200K now require BPW approval. The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) has established this Master Contract to procure radio equipment and radio equipment installation, repair and preventative maintenance services Statewide.

The scope of this solicitation encompases four functional areas as follows:

  • Functional Area 1 - Two-Way Radio Equipment
  • Functional Area II - Communications Consoles and Associated Equipment
  • Functional Area III - Microwave Radio Equipment, Ancillary and Test Equipment and Installation Supplies
  • Functional Area IV - Installation, Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services
