Below are downloadable templates designed specifically for submitting Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to the MD-ISAC. The submission of these templates is not a substitute for submitting cyber security incidents via the Maryland Incident Reporting System as mandated by Md. Code, Public Safety Article § 14-104.1 (c)(2) and Md. Code, State Finance & Procurement Article § 3.5-406(b)(2)).

What is cyber threat intelligence (CTI) ?
CTI is information about potential or actual cyber threats. This information can include things like:
- The identity of threat actors
- The methods and techniques used by threat actors
- The targets of threat actors
- The vulnerabilities that threat actors are exploiting
How to submit cyber threat intelligence
To submit cyber threat intelligence, please download and fill out the corresponding form. The completed form can be submitted using the
MD-ISAC Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP). If you are not yet a member of the MD-ISAC, please send an email request to
md-isac@maryland.gov.
