The objective of this Master Contract, effective March 20, 2014 through March 19, 2019 is to enable State government Agencies to procure IT assessment services in a timely and economical manner. Through IAS, State Agencies will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) assessment services quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs.
Scope:
The IAS Master Contract has a scope which is limited to independent assessments of several types. Examples of services provided by this contract are:
- Snapshot and Lifecycle IV&Vs
- Certification and Accreditation (C&A) Assessments
- Organizational Assessments
- Risk Assessments
- Double Blind Assessments
- Expert assistance for IT strategic and project planning.
Procurement Process
Two types of IAS TORFPs are used with this Master Contract:
- A Long Form IAS TORFP similar to CATS + for larger assessments
- A Short Form IAS TORFP for smaller, shorter and less complex assessments.
