GIS Software as a Service (SaaS) Master Contract

The GIS Software as a Service (SaaS) Master Contract is intended to obtain Software as a Service (SaaS)-based Geographic Information Systems (GIS) platforms, associated data products, and training. Through the Master Contract awards, the State has flexible means of obtaining these products and services by issuing Purchase Order Requests for Proposals (PORFPs).
