Updates to DoIT Statewide Contract webpages are in progress in response to the newly issued COMAR 21.05.13 Master Contracting regulations effective March 11, 2019. Agency buyers are advised that all PORFP, TORFP, and RFR awards, modifications, and option renewals valued over $200K now require BPW approval. The GIS Software Master Contract is intended to obtain software
associated with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for use with at the
State of Maryland by providing Master Contractors the opportunity to propose to
Purchase Order Requests for Proposals (PORFP) for specific services.
Note: This is the preferred method to obtain GIS
SaaS software. All Software (Desktop/Mobile/ Server) is excluded from this
master contract.
