- Development of functional requirements
- Development of statement of work/services to include level of effort (LOE) and cost
- Code deployment to DoIT hosted environments
- Use of custom Application Program Interfaces (APIs)

- Code deployment to non-DoIT hosted environments
- Creation of new APIs

- Provide data sources and/or appropriately formatted data
