Maryland Self-Funded eGovernment Services

The Maryland Self-Funded eGovernment Services contract provides services across Agencies throughout the State of Maryland. Services include a range of technological and financial services, including by way of example a mix of agency web sites, transactional websites that elicit payments, informative websites, mobile applications, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, and point-of-sale (PoS) kiosk-based credit card payment systems. The vendor provides all necessary hardware, software, project management, design, application development and maintenance, hosting, payment processing, marketing, and customer support necessary for the success of this egovernment services contract. Collectively the work performed, combined with DoIT personnel who manage the contract, are referred to as the egovernment services program.​
