The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) has established a Master Contract with Town Hall Streams, LLC (THS) to provide Live Streaming services effective February 28, 2018. Services include:

• Live Streaming with and without closed captioning;
• On-demand, online meeting playback; and
• Web hosting of meeting materials.​
