Re-Baselining

DoIT’s Re-Baselining Policy was established to ensure that the State’s major IT investments are managed effectively and that the performance of those investments are measured and reported on a regular basis.  The DoIT Re-Baselining Policy was put in place to monitor modifications of a projects initial baseline, as a result of any changes to the schedule, cost, or deliverable content. The policy applies to all MITDP’ as defined by The Maryland State Finance and Procurement Code Ann. § 3A-308. Agencies are required to adhere to DoIT Rebaseline Policy.
