SDLC Template Library

DoIT offers a variety of project management templates to assist State Agencies for each phase of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The templates provide both a framework and a roadmap in documenting, clearly communicating, and managing project information throughout these phases. These templates may be used both by Major Information Technology Development Projects (MITDPs) to meet documentation requirements and by agencies for non-MITDP projects. Agencies may also use their own templates for MITDPs, with concurrence from the Oversight Advisers (OAs), but must ensure the minimum required information is provided within the documents.
