Consulting and Technical Services+ (CATS+) This contract enables State government to procure IT consulting and technical services.
Call Center, Contact Center Services​ 2025​ This contract provides general call/contact center services for various State agencies.
Cable and Wiring Outside Plant This contract procures cable and wiring materials and services outside plant.
Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012)​ This contract enables agencies to procure COTS software, software maintenance, installation and training services.
Desktop, Laptop and Tablet 2015​​ This contract enables procurement of desktops, laptops, monitors, tablets and associated peripherals, installation services, and manufacture's extended warranty.
Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012 This contract procures hardware and associated equipment and services.
Local Telecommunications Services 2014 This contract provides for local access telephone service only for the State's pre-defined local access and transport areas.
Long Distance & Toll Free 2023 Services Master Contract This contract provides the State with a cost-effective network to support voice traffic.
PBX IV Telecommunications Equipment and Services This contract procures telecommunications hardware, software, and licenses and related maintenance and labor services.
Salesforce Licenses 2023​​ This contract provides Salesforce.com Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. Salesforce allows State agencies to automate business processes and workflow, facilitate the management of information across State agencies and improve communication with the public.
Statewide Personnel System Software as a Service Human Capital Management Solution This contract provides a multi-tenant, cloud, subscription-based SaaS Human Capital Management solution, business intelligence, and business analysis capabilities.
​Telecommunications Relay and Captioned Telephone Services 2020​ This contract provides Remote Conference Captioning services, including training and embedding captions into video conferencing platforms.
