Understanding My IT Bill
Page Content
DoIT operates on a reimbursable model for DoIT shared IT services. This approach provides agencies with full transparency into the costs associated with each service being provided. It provides a shared decision-making model for technology and business leaders. Using a shared services model DoIT more effectively manages costs, consumption, and performance of services offered by DoIT, provides better transparency, and ensures accountability at multiple levels of government.
Agencies are able to view
DoIT’s service catalog and reach out to their
Portfolio Officer to determine the services required. DoIT requires a standard Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with each agency receiving services from DoIT, which lays out the responsibilities and expectations of each agency.
