Hosting
This service provides cloud hosting where IT services are provisioned over private IT hardware infrastructure hosted in the TierPoint Data Center and managed by DoIT IT staff. The infrastructure can be leveraged by customer-to-host applications and services.
The enterprise-shared services bundle includes patch management, endpoint protection, network monitoring and a standardized network architecture.
The following components are included with the standard service.
- Servers: 2vCPU, 4GB RAM and 90G Drive, additional RAM and Memory can be purchased per GB.
- Operating System: Windows Server Operating System, RedHat, Ubuntu
- Network Connectivity: 1 IP address
- Server Management Tools: Endpoint protection and monitoring
- System Software License: Server Operating System (OS)
- Application Software License: MS SQL
- Patch Management: OS Monthly Patching
- Security Vulnerabilities: Remediation Support
- Load Balancing Services
- Remote Desktop Server Client Access: 2 Licenses, Disaster recovery
- IT Consultation Services
- Datacenter: TierPoint Data Center, co-location
