Monitoring (CrowdStrike Falcon)

This service provides customers with access to experts from CrowdStrike, and the watch of the Maryland Security Operations Center (MDSOC) to detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats effectively on workstations and servers. Together, these elements deliver round-the-clock, managed threat detection, expert incident response, thorough threat hunting, and continuous monitoring. Falcon Prevent, Falcon Insight XDR, Falcon Identity Protection, Falcon Overwatch, Falcon Complete, DoIT OSM MDR support and MDSOC support are included with the standard service.
