Service Description
Cybersecurity Incidents (MD-SOC)
This service monitors for, receives reports of, and investigates cybersecurity incidents across the breadth of state and local government entities through the Maryland Security Operations Center (MD-SOC). The MD-SOC continuously monitors security systems, Information Technology asset logs, threat intelligence, and incident reports to identify cybersecurity incidents, investigate the circumstances and impacts thereof, and assist impacted state and local government entities to recover from those impacts.

Submission Templates
Downloadable templates designed specifically for submitting Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to the MD-ISAC are available from the
DoIT Cybersecurity team. The submission of these templates is not a substitute for submitting cyber security incidents via the Maryland Incident Reporting System below.
