Service Description
License (Qlik Sense)
This service provides user account and training access to the State’s centrally managed Qlik Sense platform. Account holders receive access to tools to create data visualizations that promote data exploration, enhance websites and applications with embedded dashboards and analytics, and generate reports that improve transparency, boost user engagement and inform decision making. Account holders are supported through the onboarding process by in-house staff and provided with access to online training courses to maximize the value of the account.

Add-Ons (Qlik Sense)
Enhanced services are available to customers who require additional capabilities of the State of Maryland Qlik Sense managed platform. Enhanced services are applied to individual accounts and/or applications developed on the managed platform. Available licenses include Qlik Analytics Platform (QAP) for external facing applications and Qlik NPrinting, a reporting function that lets you create customized reports and distribute them automatically in a range of formats.

Support (Qlik Sense)
Technical expertise and over-the-shoulder support is offered to customers who subscribe to the Business Intelligence: Private PaaS Accounts Support (Qlik Sense) service.

Advanced Support (Qlik Sense)
This service is offered for requests outside of the Qlik Sense Accounts Support scope, including support of dashboard design and development, integration with non-standard third-party APIs, advanced data analysis, and modernization of legacy dashboards or reporting tools.

Developer Licenses and Support (QAP)
This service provides licenses and initial setup for a developer to build custom analytic applications based on rich front-end and back-end APIs. The service includes a license with access to the Qlik Analytics Platform (QAP) and support with initial setup or migration of QVF files developed using the Qlik Sense platform only.
