GIS Licensing (ArcGIS)

This service provides named user accounts for access to the State’s centrally-managed, cloud-based, online mapping platform and ArcGIS Pro software installed on a local machine. The service includes a single named user account with access to a limited number of GIS tools on the online mapping platform and access to many more features and tools from the ArcGIS Pro software. These tools and features empower the account holder to map and analyze location-based data, integrate with third-party data sources, collaborate with other users, share data and maps, quickly deploy apps, story maps and hub pages to convey initiatives to executives, field workers and customers and much more. Account holders are supported through the onboarding process by in-house staff and provided with access to hundreds of online training courses to maximize the value of the account.

GIS Licensing (Speciality)

This service provides select specialty licenses that unlock access to enhanced feature capabilities of the Esri online, desktop/Pro and server/enterprise products. Available licenses include: ArcGIS Developer Subscription, ArcGIS Data Interoperability Desktop, ArcGIS StreetMap Premium, ArcGIS Roads & Highways Desktop, ArcGIS Roads & Highways Server (Production), ArcGIS Roads & Highways Server (Staging), ArcGIS Insights in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Insights in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Enterprise/Server Extensions, ArcGIS Desktop/Pro Extensions, ArcGIS Online Additional Credits and ArcGIS Monitor and Additional Cores.

GIS Support

This service is only available to customers who subscribe to the Geospatial Systems: GIS Online & Pro/Desktop Accounts & Support service. This service delivers reliable, in-house technical expertise and over the shoulder support to empower account holders to maximize the value of the platform and the results from customer developed content using expertly maintained standard platform features and capabilities.

The State of Maryland geospatial systems platform offers access to the centrally-managed, cloud-based, online mapping platform and pro/desktop software on a local machine. Tools and features map and analyze location-based data, integrate with third-party data sources, facilitate data sharing and collaboration, quickly deploy apps, story maps and hub pages to convey initiatives to executives, field workers and customers and much more.​

GIS Licensing

This service includes licenses and support for a customer deploying ArcGIS Enterprise or Server products in local environments, both on-prem and in the cloud. The service includes licenses that empower customers to organize, store, and secure their geospatial data efficiently and be able to deploy and share their geospatial assets through the web. Customers can use this product in conjunction with the products available from the Geospatial Products - GIS Online & Pro/Desktop Accounts & Onboarding to make maps, analyze geospatial data and share data and results to solve problems.

Fully Managed Deployment (ArcGIS Enterprise)​

This service provides customers with access to a fully managed, enterprise env​ironment (MD iMAP) with deployments of ArcGIS Enterprise and other speciality licenses and products. ​This service also includes built-in integration with the managed ArcGIS Online platform and the ability to publish directly to the State’s geospatial data catalog promoting discoverability of your data and apps by the public.
