Patrick Mulford
Patrick Mulford is an enthusiastic public policy professional with over 10 years of combined experience in legislative affairs and communication. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff, leading the Office of the Secretary for the Maryland Department of Information Technology(DoIT). He has a proven track record of crafting communications strategies and effectively advocating for policies that align with the goals and priorities of his employers at the county, state, and federal levels.
Patrick began at DoIT as a communications director and then later as an external affairs director, overseeing communications and legislative affairs for the department. Before joining DoIT, Patrick ran the Office of County Council Member Derek Fink in Anne Arundel County. He was also the campaign manager for the Ron George for State Senate Campaign in 2018.
